Glenn is a great real estate agent! He helped us understand the process of preparing our home for the open house, did a comprehensive analysis of the comparables in our neighborhood, and gave us a good range for the list price. Glenn brought several buyers and their agents in to see the place before the open house, and was very welcoming to the open house visitors. He set a reasonable deadline for offers, gave us an overview of the offers, and a good explanation of which offer he recommended that we accept. While waiting for closing, Glenn coordinated all the visits by inspectors, appraisers, etc and routed Q&A from the buyers to ensure we “kept it sold”.
